But it is not simply a distant, detached knowledge we seek to acquire. Many of us get "hands on" and become directly involved with people and projects in South Cheshire, the UK and internationally. Some examples include:
Our "G6 Men's Group" (named after Galatians chapter 6, verses 1-10, "Doing good to all") who aim to follow that Biblical instruction - "...let us not become weary in doing good...". These men provide assistance to those in need of all types of support. G6 men at work - building a shed!
Our work with Operation Mobilisation - in particular, their International Ship Ministry based around the recently launched LOGOS HOPE.
A number of our folk volunteered to work during the 5 year refurbishment of the LOGOS HOPE in order to A number of our church members have since served in the LOGOS HOPE ministry. Refurbishing inside the LOGOS HOPE:

We aim to provide
Once per month within our Sunday morning service we incorporate a 
adapt it from a routine car ferry vessel into a worldwide mission ship reaching many countries where the Gospel is seldom pronounced or lived out.
